Using Padavio
Padavio monitors rental listing websites and notifies you by email when a new listing matches the alert criteria you configure. The service is provided on a subscription basis and is intended for personal use in your own rental property search.
Subscriptions and billing
Premium access is billed monthly at €24.95/month through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
No guarantee of results
We do our best to monitor listing sources accurately and promptly, but we cannot guarantee that every matching listing will be found, that listings will remain available, or that alerts will always be delivered instantly. Padavio is a monitoring tool, not a substitute for your own due diligence when renting a property.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the alert criteria you create.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Padavio after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
